A great home remedy to relieve nasal congestion is the inhalation of eucalyptus tea.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of coarse salt
- 2 leaves of eucalyptus
- 1 liter of water
Method of preparation
Boil a pan with water and place young leaves of eucalyptus and coarse salt. Then transfer this infusion to a plastic bowl, thus avoiding possible burns. Snap your face close to the steam produced by the hot water, cover your head with a towel to cover the entire basin and take a deep breath while the steam is still hot.
Repeat the procedure as necessary, this inhalation in addition to unblocking the upper airways is of great help in reducing nasal congestion.
