Contraindications
Rich pregnancy C; disseminated intravascular coagulation; acute thrombotic disease.
How to use
Adults
Oral use: 100-200 mg / kg / day 3 or 4 doses.
Injectable use: 4 to 5 g / hour and after administering 1 g hour for 8 hours.
Elderly: If there is a decrease in renal function, administer a smaller amount of the medication.
