The feeling of a bloated stomach is more frequent in people suffering from heartburn and poor digestion, but it can happen after a heavy meal, rich in fats, like a feijoada, cooked in Portuguese or barbecue, for example. A good way to improve fast digestion is to take Fruit Salt, a medicine that can be bought in pharmacies, drugstores and supermarkets without a prescription.
However, the herbal tea that we indicate below can be taken in small sips, facilitating digestion, more naturally.

How to fight bad digestion
A good way to combat bad digestion is by eating less food at a time, and chewing very well. Avoid drinking alcohol during meals and other liquids such as juice or water should only be taken at the end of the meal. Another good tip is to prefer fruits like dessert, but if you opt for a sweet, you should wait about 1 hour to eat, because in some people, eating a sweet dessert soon after a meal can cause heartburn and poor digestion.
In some places it is a habit to take 1 cup of strong coffee at the end of a meal, but people who have a sensitive stomach should wait, being able to drink coffee along with sweet dessert, for example. Taking 1 cup of lemon tea at the end of the meal, or as a coffee substitute is also a good choice not to get the feeling of a high, bloated stomach.
