Ingredients
- 8 small sprigs of broccoli
- 1 liter of water or 2 cups of pineapple juice
Method of preparation
Wash the sprigs of broccoli add them in the blender along with the water. After beating well the juice is ready to be drunk, to have a more sweet taste, water can be replaced with other fruit juices.
