Superan is an antiemetic, medicine that inhibits vomiting. It uses as active principle aliprazide, which promotes rapid emptying of the stomach by stimulating gastric movements and increasing the strength of the sphincters, preventing the sensation of nausea.
Indications
Nausea and vomiting in cancer treatments.
Side effects
Stop menstruation, breast augmentation, diarrhea, headache, facial spasm, involuntary movement or torticollis, drop in blood pressure, drowsiness, dizziness.
Contraindications
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, pheochromocytoma (tumors, difficulty moving with the use of neuroleptic medication.
How to use
Oral use
Adults: 50 to 200 mg / day divided into 3 or 4 doses (dilute drops in water).
Children: 5 mg / kg / day divided into 3 doses (dilute drops in water).
