There are also other gluten-free foods that can easily be purchased at health food stores such as bread and pasta, but in this case the product label should indicate 'gluten free food' or 'gluten free'.

How to Make a Gluten Free Diet

The gluten-free diet helps decrease the symptoms caused by gluten in celiac patients like diarrhea and abdominal pain.
