Salad recipe to lose weight
Ingredients
- 200 g mushroom (champignons or other)
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 50 g of arugula
To temper:
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 3 teaspoons of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Way of doing
Put 2 tablespoons of water and one of olive oil and place the mushrooms to cook with salt and pepper, stirring constantly until it softens and the pan is dry (about 7 minutes on low heat). Then mix the cold mushrooms with the diced tomatoes and add the balsamic vinegar and honey. Place the raw radish cut into thin slices on the mixture along with the arugula.
