This home treatment consists of only 2 steps that can be followed daily, having excellent results on the skin, and consists of:
1 st. Eat more zinc
One should eat some food that is rich in zinc, such as rice bran, wheat germ, garlic, chicken, pork, lentils, soybeans, sunflower seed or pumpkin, for example.
The consumption of this type of food helps in the reduction of acne and the oiliness of the skin, reinforcing its cicatrizing, keratolytic and anti-inflammatory action on the open and closed comedones by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins.
The recommended daily dose of zinc for women is 8 mg and 11 mg for men, with a tolerance limit of 40 mg for both. Zinc-shaped capsules are also a good option, but in that case the dose may be 15 to 30 mg per day.
2º. Wear homemade yoghurt mask
This homemade mask prepared with white beans and yogurt, helps to regenerate the skin while maintaining its integrity.
Ingredients
- Vinegar
- 50g of white beans
- 1 jar of natural yogurt 125 g
Method of preparation
Leave the white beans in a bowl covered with vinegar, until the beans snap off. Then beat the white beans with the yogurt in the blender, and keep this mixture in a tightly closed container inside the refrigerator.
Apply daily on just the pimples letting act for five minutes, and then wash the skin. Repeat this procedure daily until the skin is completely clean.
