Tensaldin is an analgesic and antispasmodic drug, from the Delta laboratory, which have good results against headaches and menstrual or intestinal cramps, whose main compound is sodium dipyrone, as well as caffeine and isometepten. It can be found in the form of a tablet or oral solution.
Indications
Headache and cramps.
Contraindications
Aporphyria, congenital deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, pregnancy, lactation, bronchial asthma, tonsillitis and individuals allergic to any of the components of the formula.
Adverse effects
Redness in the skin, itching, hives, nausea, headache, drop in pressure, irritability, kidney disease, asthma attack, anaphylactic shock, thrombocytopenia.
How to use
Oral use
Tablet: Take 1 or 2 tablets of tenraldex up to 4 times a day, not to exceed 8 tablets daily.
Oral solution (adult): 20 to 40 drops, 3 to 4 times daily. The dose may be increased as needed.
Oral solution (children): The dose for children may vary by weight and may be taken 3 to 4 times daily for all weight ranges.
Above 50 kg: 20 to 30 drops;
- 35-50 kg: 15 to 30 drops
- 25-35 kg: 10 to 20 drops
- 20-25 kg: 8 to 15 drops
- 15-20 kg: 5 to 8 drops
- 10-5 kg: 4 to 5 drops
- 8-9 kg: 3 to 4 drops
- 6-7 kg: 2 to 3 drops
- Less than 5 kg: 1 drop
