Dieloft TPM is an oral antidepressant indicated for the prevention and treatment of symptoms of depression and other psychological disorders. Its active principle is Sertraline which acts by inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin in the central nervous system.

How to use
Take 1 tablet in the morning or at night. The coated tablets can be administered with or without food.

Side effects
Side effects are usually of low incidence and low intensity. The most common are: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, dry mouth, drowsiness, vertigo and tremor.
With the use of this medicine can also decrease sexual desire, failure in ejaculation, impotence and, in women, absence of orgasm.
Contraindications
Dieloft TPM is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Sertraline or to other components of its formulation.
The drug is contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Treatment of elderly or disabled patients with hepatic or renal impairment should be done with care and under medical supervision.
