How to use Nexium
Oral use
Adults
- Esophagitis : Administer 20 to 40 mg once daily for a period of 4 to 8 weeks. The maintenance dose should be approximately 20 mg once daily.
- Duodenal ulcer : For 10 days, administer 40 mg of Nexium once daily in combination with Clarithromycin (500 mg, twice daily) and Amoxiline (1000 mg, 3 times daily).
Injectable use
Adults
- Esophagitis: Administer 20 to 40 mg of Nexium intravenously once daily.
