Cobactin is a medicine that uses ciproepatine and vitamin B12 as an active ingredient. It is an antiallergic and stimulant of appetite.
Indications
Lack of appetite, allergy.
Side effects
Dry mouth; constipation; somnolence; dizziness.
Contraindications
Pregnancy risk B; breast-feeding; children under 2 years of age, patients receiving MAOI.
How to use
Take the tablets during a meal of the day and the night before bedtime.
- Adults : 4 mg, 3 to 4 times daily. The maximum dose is 0.5 mg per kg per day.
- Children: 7 to 14 years: 4 mg, 2 or 3 times per day. Maximum dose 16 mg per day. / 2 to 6 years: 2 mg, 2 or 3 times per day. Maximum dose 12 mg per day.
- Elderly : use as few doses as possible.
