- 2 tablespoons (of coffee) minced leaves of nettle;
- 200 ml of water.
Method of preparation
Boil the water and gather the nettle leaves, then let stand for 10 minutes, strain and take 3 to 4 cups of tea per day.
Another option is to take the nettle capsules in doses of 300 to 350 mg, 2 to 3 times a day.
Take a supplement of Petasites hybridus
This plant, like nettle, also reduces the effects of histamine, thereby reducing airway inflammation. In addition, it is still able to decrease the production of mucus and secretions, greatly relieving the coryza and stuffy nose symptoms common to allergic rhinitis.
