- 2 tablespoons (of coffee) minced leaves of nettle;

Method of preparation
Boil the water and gather the nettle leaves, then let stand for 10 minutes, strain and take 3 to 4 cups of tea per day.
Another option is to take the nettle capsules in doses of 300 to 350 mg, 2 to 3 times a day.
Take a supplement of Petasites hybridus
