Menopause is a phase of a woman's life that brings many new changes to the body, however there are 10 excellent tips for dealing with menopause:
- Eat foods enriched in calcium and vitamin D, such as milk and eggs because they help strengthen bones;
- Take chamomile tea or save at least 3 times a week as it helps to restore the body's hormonal balance;
- Do regular exercise 30 minutes a day, such as walking, water aerobics or Pilates;
