A great home remedy for cramp is eating banana because it is rich in potassium and drinking coconut water throughout the day because it has many minerals such as magnesium, for example, which are key to preventing the onset of cramps.
Cramps are involuntary and painful contractions of muscles for a short period of time which usually happen due to dehydration and lack of mineral salts such as magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium. So eating these foods is an excellent home remedy.
1. Banana Vitamin
This vitamin is delicious and very easy to do, being a great natural treatment to avoid cramp.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon rolled almonds
Method of preparation:
Beat all the ingredients in the blender and drink soon after. It is recommended to take 1 cup of this vitamin every day before going to sleep to avoid, mainly, nocturnal cramps.
2. Avocado cream
Eating this avocado cream in the morning is a great way to start the day well.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 tablespoons (well filled) greek yogurt
Preparation:
Beat everything in the blender and if it is too thick add a little more yogurt. The texture should be creamy, so do not put too much yogurt all at once. Then you can add walnuts or chopped peanuts.
3. Carrot cream with asparagus
