1. Exfoliation with oats and cornmeal
A good home remedy for clearing the groin is to exfoliate the area using cornmeal and oats as they help remove the outer layers of skin, preventing the skin from becoming thicker and darker.

- 2 tablespoons of cornmeal;
- 2 tablespoons Oatmeal;
- 2 tablespoons of Milk powder and;
- 2 tablespoons of saline.
Method of preparation
Mix the ingredients well in a bowl until it forms a cream. Spread in desired region and rub in circular motions for a few minutes. Then just rinse with cold water. Repeat the procedure 2 to 3 times a week until it reaches the shade of your skin.
2. Lemon paste with natural yogurt
Lemon contains a type of acid that helps remove blemishes from the skin and is therefore a great food for treating groin blemishes naturally. However, as it can also ignite the skin, it should not be used every day and should also not be applied during the day, to avoid contact with the sun's rays, which can result in new spots.
Natural yogurt has good moisturizing properties, which help keep skin moisturized and beautiful.
Ingredients
- 1 lemon;
- 70 g of natural yogurt.
Method of preparation
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the yogurt. Then mix everything until a homogeneous mixture is applied and apply to the area of the groin to lighten. Let stand for 30 minutes, then remove with warm water.
3. Oxygenated water compress
Hydrogen peroxide has excellent properties to remove skin blemishes and can also be used with relative safety. However, there are some people who may be allergic to the substance, and it is advisable to test for peroxide on a small area of the skin before using this medicine.

- 10 volume oxygenated water;
- Water;
- Compresses.
Method of preparation
Mix the hydrogen peroxide with a little water and then place the mixture in a compress and apply to the stain site for 20 minutes. Then wash the area with warm, soapy water. This technique should be done only 1 to 2 times a week, as constant use of hydrogen peroxide can irritate the skin.
4. Exfoliation with baking soda
Sodium bicarbonate contains microparticles that remove dead skin cells and relieve inflammation of the skin, reducing the intensity of blemishes on the skin.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda;
- Water.
Method of preparation
Mix a little water with the baking soda until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Then apply this paste over the stained groin skin and rub in circular motions for approximately 2 minutes. Finally, wash the skin with warm soapy water and neutral soap. Do this technique for up to 15 days in a row. The first results can begin to be observed about 1 week later.
