How to use
Calminex Athlete can be used in the form of ointment, aerosol or adhesive and it is recommended to apply as follows:
- Ointment or Gel: take a small local massage with the product for 2 minutes or until the region is slightly reddish.
- Spray: spray the product at a distance of 20 cm, for 2 to 3 seconds, applying a towel in place, causing a slight compression.
- Adhesive: Apply it in the region to be treated with dry and clean skin. Promotes local heat for up to 8 hours.
