Some common foods such as banana, avocado or lemon balm have properties that help fight tiredness, improving the disposition for day to day tasks. They contribute to the relaxation of the body promoting a good night's sleep, thus replenishing the energies for the next day.
In addition, making a light meal at dinner with cooked, low-fat foods and without pepper or other condiments also contributes to a relaxing evening that is essential to combat fatigue.

These foods should be eaten 2 to 3 times a day, for example, lettuce in the lunch salad, banana with cinnamon in the snack and cherry juice before going to sleep. Other foods such as coffee, green tea or guarana help to stimulate the central nervous system giving more energy and therefore should be consumed before 5:00 p.m. to avoid causing insomnia and hamper rest at night.
Foods that fight against physical fatigue
Foods that fight physical fatigue are mainly foods rich in B-complex vitamins such as beer, liver, meat and egg yeast, for example, because they help the cells to have more energy.
Other foods such as pumpkin seeds, almonds, tofu, chard, spinach, black beans or oats, for example, as they are rich in magnesium, facilitate the contraction of muscles and therefore also help decrease physical tiredness.
