Dukan Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons of oat bran,
• 1 tablespoon of wheat bran,
• 1 tablespoon zero-fat yogurt or non-fat creamy curd,
• 3 eggs,
• Sweetener or salt to taste.

Method of preparation

Beat the egg whites. In another bowl mix all the ingredients of the base of the pancake, less the clear ones, until obtaining a homogeneous mass. Then add the egg whites, stirring gently. Pour the contents into a heated skillet over medium heat and cook for about 30 minutes, turning with the aid of a spatula and continuing with cooking for another 5 minutes.
