For those who have adopted this type of diet to lose weight, this Dukan pancake recipe can be used in the 2nd phase of the diet while carbohydrates are still banned.
The best fillings can be cheese minas or ham at breakfast accompanied by a tea of camomile without sugar, for example. To eat the pancake at lunch or dinner you can stuff it with shredded chicken, tuna or tomato, for example and accompany the pancake with a tomato, cucumber and lettuce salad.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of oat bran,
- 1 tablespoon of wheat bran,
- 1 tablespoon zero-fat yogurt or non-fat creamy curd,
- 3 eggs,
- Sweetener or salt to taste.
Method of preparation
Beat the egg whites. In another bowl mix all the ingredients of the base of the pancake, less the clear ones, until obtaining a homogeneous mass. Then add the egg whites, stirring gently. Pour the contents into a heated skillet over medium heat and cook for about 30 minutes, turning with the aid of a spatula and continuing with cooking for another 5 minutes.
