A great home remedy for burned and burnt skin due to a sunburn is to throw mint tea into the body after bath because it refreshes the skin promoting wellness.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 500 ml of water
Method of preparation
Put the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for a few minutes. Strain and cool in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Take a cold shower without soap on the skin and then throw this tea throughout the body and let the skin dry naturally. The temperature of the tea should not be too cold for a more pleasant experience.
