Properties of lemon
Lemon has properties that decongestion, detoxify the body and neutralize uric acid, a major cause of arthritis, arthrosis, gout and renal calculus.
Although it is considered an acidic fruit, when the lemon reaches the stomach, it becomes alkaline and this helps to alkalize the blood, fighting the excess blood acidity that is related to uric acid and gout. But to potentiate this home treatment, it is recommended to ingest plenty of water and decrease the consumption of meats in general.
