Swollen legs are usually caused by the accumulation of fluid in the region, which arises naturally with aging, as the arteries in the legs lose their strength to push blood back into the heart. So, this problem is more common after the age of 30, at the end of the day, especially in people who spend several hours standing or sitting for example.
One of the best ways to relieve this discomfort is to simply lift your legs at the end of the day or massage the heart to facilitate blood circulation and keep it from accumulating in your legs. However, there are also some remedies that, when used during the day, reduce the degree of swelling at the end of the day.
1. Ginger tea
Ginger tea is a great natural diuretic that allows to increase the amount of urine eliminated during the day, reducing the load of liquids in the circulatory system. This tea should be drunk 2 to 3 times during the day, especially in the morning and early afternoon, so as to allow increased elimination of urine does not affect bedtime.
2. Infusion of parsley
