Liquid detox diet

In this version, only liquids such as tea, water, fruit or vegetable juices, and vegetable soups are allowed, and it is important to always use organic products. 3 day detox diet
In the 3-day detox diet, the use of solid foods is allowed only at lunch, provided they are fat-free and whole. So, lunch should have foods like chicken breast or fish grilled or cooked, with brown rice and organic salad seasoned with little olive oil and no salt.
For breakfast and snacks, you should drink juices or vitamins made with organic fruits and vegetables and vegetable milks, such as almond or oat milk. Dinner should be a liquid meal, preferably a detox soup. See a Green Juice recipe to detoxify.

5 day detox diet
In the detox diet of 5 days it is allowed to consume foods like:
- Organic fruits and vegetables;
- Chicken and fish, cooked or grilled;
- Seeds and oilseeds, such as linseed, chia and nuts;
- Cereals such as quinoa, amaranth and brown rice;
- Legumes, such as beans, peas, lentils and chickpeas;
- Coconut water, teas, juices and vitamins from fruits and vegetables.
In addition to these foods, it is important that this diet be restricted in salt and rich in natural seasonings such as onions, garlic, parsley, basil, mint and ginger.
What Not to Eat
The forbidden foods in the detox diet are:
- Alcoholic beverages;
- Sugar, sweets, cakes and desserts;
- Processed meats such as sausage, sausage, bacon, ham and salami;
- Coffee and caffeinated beverages, such as green tea and black tea;
- Industrialized products.
- Cow's milk and dairy products;
- Foods rich in gluten such as bread, pasta, cake and pasta.
