1. Onion Soup

Ingredients:
- 400 ml of water
- 2 onions
- 1 sprig of celery
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 turnip
- 1 pinch of salt
- pepper, garlic and green smell to taste
Method of preparation:
Cut the onions, celery, turnip and the bell pepper into large pieces, put in the pan along with the whole tomatoes and add water. Add the salt and seasonings to taste and leave to cook for about 30 minutes. At the end, soup can be beaten in the blender to flip a cream, giving more satiety.
2. Soup by Mandioquinha
This soup is rich in fiber, protein and carbohydrates and can be used at lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- 1 chuchu
- 1 packet of green-smelling
- 1 cup of tea pod
- 1 mandioquinha
- 1 eggplant
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 turnips
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 1 zucchini
- Salt, pepper, garlic and green scent to taste
Method of preparation:
Cut the ingredients into large cubes. Sauté the vegetables in the olive oil with seasonings to taste, and add water to cover. Let it cook for about 20 to 30 minutes and serve hot.
3. Chicken light soup
By containing the chicken, this soup has a good amount of protein, nutrient that gives energy and improves the health of the skin, hair and muscle mass.
Ingredients:
- 3 carrots
- 1 bunch of cabbage
- 2 chuchus
- 1 bunch of watercress
- 2 tomatoes without seeds
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 300 g of diced chicken fillet
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Onion, garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
Season the diced chicken with garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and herbs to taste. Sauté the chicken in the olive oil and add the other ingredients, covering everything with water. Let it cook until the carrot is tender and the chicken well cooked. Serve hot.
4. Diuretic soup of leek and pod
Leek and onion are super diuretic foods that along with the fibers present in the vegetables of this soup will bring benefits such as a greater sense of satiety, improved bowel functioning and stimulation of blood circulation, reducing swelling and gas production.
Ingredients:
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 unit leek
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 grated turnip
- 1/2 chopped purple cabbage
- 200 g of pod
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cabbage leaves chopped into thin strips
- Salt, pepper and green scent to taste
Method of preparation:
Sauté the onion and the garlic in the olive oil. Add the leeks, carrots, cabbage, green beans and turnip greens, letting saute for another 2-3 minutes. Add water and seasoning as salt, pepper and green scent. Let it cook for 20 minutes and add the tomatoes and cabbage, leaving on low heat for another 10 minutes. If necessary, add more water.
