This gluten-free bread recipe is simple to make and although bread does not look like wheat bread it is a great alternative for anyone who can not eat gluten, as is the case with those suffering from celiac disease or for those who simply want to eliminate gluten feed.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour;
- 1 cup of sunflower seeds;
- 1 tablespoon honey;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- Half a teaspoon of salt;
- Basil to taste dry;
- 2 tablespoons of water.
Method of preparation
In a cup together and the sunflower seeds with the flour of almonds, basil and salt. Then mix the honey with the lemon juice and add in the blender with the other ingredients, adding water when needed. If necessary, you can choose to knead the bread with your hands, using a bit of almond flour to keep your hands or table on the table.
When the dough is smooth and homogeneous, place it in the oven at 68ºC for 1 hour. Remove from the oven, cut into slices and put back in the oven at 40ºC for another hour.
