However, it should not be consumed often because even though it contains fewer calories than the traditional version, it still contains more calories than the recommended dishes in most diets for weight loss.
Ingredients
- 500 g lasagna;
- 500 g of turkey ham;
- 250 g light cheese;
- 500 g ground turkey meat;
- 200 g eggplant;
- 1 carton of tomato pulp;
- Salt to taste;
- Black pepper;
- Oregano.
Method of preparation
Cook lasagna pasta in about 2 liters of water for 5 minutes. In another pan, cook the ground beef and after cooked put the tomato pulp, salt and seasonings to taste.
Begin by setting the lasagna by placing a layer of lasagna pastry, followed by meat, ham and cheese. After making a layer with dough, make the next one with eggplant and go alternating until finishing with the ingredients or until reaching the size that you want.
Heat the oven to 180ºC for 5 minutes and place the lasagne for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
