The plum cake recipe helps in constipation because the plum is a fruit with laxative properties, which facilitate the formation of feces, aiding in their elimination. The fibers are essential to regulate constipation and this cake is rich in fibers, containing in total 14 g of fiber.
Ingredients
- 300 g of pitted black plum
- 200 ml of coconut milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups of sugar
- 100 g margarine
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- Half cup of corn
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Method of preparation:
Beat in the blender the plums and the coconut milk. In the mixer, make a cream with the yolks, margarine and sugar. Gradually add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, milk and beaten prune cream. Lastly, add the whites to snow and mix without hitting. Bring to the preheated oven, at medium temperature, for about 40 minutes, depending on the oven.
