- 2 apples
- 1 cup pitted cherries
- 1 liter of water
Method of preparation
Cut the apples in half, remove the seeds and put in the blender along with the cherries and water. Beat well until obtaining a homogenous mixture and drink 2 times a day.
To supplement this home remedy, one should drink at least 1 liter of water a day, do an abdominal massage, eat high-fiber foods such as strawberry, pear or seed bread and exercise regularly because these cares also help to release the intestine.
