The chocolate fit cake is made with whole-grain flour, cocoa and 70% chocolate, as well as good fats in their dough, such as coconut oil or olive oil, to take advantage of cocoa's antioxidant effect.

1. Fit Chocolate Cake
The chocolate fit cake can be used in slimming diets, it is important to consume only 1 to 2 slices per day.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup demerara sugar, brown or sweetener xylitol
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup almond, rice or whole wheat flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed (optional)
- 1 teaspoon baking soup
Method of preparation:
Beat the eggs and sugar. Add the coconut oil, the cocoa and the almond flour. Then add the oats and the hot water slowly, alternating the two while continuing stirring the dough. Add the flaxseed and yeast and mix with a spoon. Place the dough in a greased form and bring to the medium oven for about 35 minutes.
2. Low Carb Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 5 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup demerara sugar, brown or sweetener xylitol
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method of preparation:
In a deep bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa, coconut, sugar and coconut flour. Add the 3 eggs and mix well. Then add the cream, and finally the yeast and the vanilla essence. Put the dough into a greased form and take to bake in medium oven for about 25 minutes.
3. Lactose Fit Chocolate Cake
Lactose-free chocolate cake uses vegetable milks instead of cow's milk, such as almond, brown or rice milk.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup demerara sugar, brown or sweetener xylitol
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup coconut milk, rice, almonds or chestnuts (if necessary, add a little more)
- 1 cup of brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup oat bran
- 2 bars of chocolate 70% without lactose in pieces
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Method of preparation:
Beat the egg whites and reserve. Beat the egg yolks with sugar, coconut oil, cocoa and vegetable milk. Add the flour and beat until smooth. Then add chopped chocolate pieces, baking powder and egg whites, stirring gently with the help of a spoon or spatula. Put the dough in a greased and floured form and bring to the preheated medium oven about 40 minutes.
4. Gluten-free Fit Chocolate Cake
Gluten is present in wheat, rye and barley, and may also be in small amounts in some oats, due to the production process. Some people have celiac disease or are gluten intolerant, and may have symptoms like abdominal pain, migraines and allergies to the skin when consuming it. Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 cup demerara sugar, brown or sweetener xylitol
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup of rice flour, preferably whole
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup of milk tea
Way of doing:
Beat the egg whites and reserve. In another container, beat the coconut oil and sugar until you get a cream. Add the yolks and beat well. Add the flour, the cocoa and the milk, and finally the yeast. Add the egg whites and mix carefully with a spoon to encorparate the dough. Place on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with rice flour and bring to the oven for about 35 minutes.
Chocolate Syrup Fit
To cover the cake, you can make a syrup fit with the following ingredients:
- 1 col. of coconut oil soup
- 6 col. of milk soup
- 3 col. of cocoa powder soup
- 3 col. of coconut sugar soup
Mix everything over medium heat, stirring well until thickened. For the syrup to be low carb, you can use sweetener xylitol or mix the coconut oil and milk with 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 1/2 bar of chocolate 70% and 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
