A good natural remedy for bad breath is to make mouthwash every day with mint tea as it has antiseptic properties.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chopped mint leaves
- 1 cup boiling water
Method of preparation
Place the mint leaves in a cup and cover with water, cover and let stand for about 15 minutes. Coe and make mouthwash with this tea 2 times a day, after brushing the teeth properly.
The peppermint, scientifically called Mentha piperita L., has antiseptic properties, which makes it very useful in combating bad breath. But, it is important to point out that this situation may also be related to poor oral hygiene or problems with the stomach and, therefore, these situations should be investigated.
