This orange juice cabbage recipe is very easy to make and can be taken every day, preferably at breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 glass of orange juice
- 1/2 leaf cabbage butter
- ½ glass of water
Method of preparation
Add all the ingredients in the blender and beat well and drink without straining. The eventual bitter taste of the cabbage is disguised by the citrus of the orange.
Avoid to the maximum the use of refined sugar, since this does not contain any nutritive value, so to sweeten it, if necessary one can use 1 teaspoon of honey.
