Foods Allowed in Protein Diet
The foods allowed in the protein diet are protein foods and some low-carbohydrate vegetables, fruits, and vegetables, such as:
- Lean meat, fish, egg, ham;
- Skim milk, white cheeses, non-fat yogurt;
- Chard, cabbage, spinach, lettuce, arugula, watercress, chicory, carrot, cabbage, tomato, cucumber, radish;
- Olive oil;
- Chestnuts, walnuts, almonds;
- Seeds like chia, flaxseed, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower;
- Avocado, lemon.

- Fruits and coconut water.
