At breakfast Dukan can be used foods like milk, yogurt, cheese, ham, egg or gelatin, which are high in protein. The fruit can be part of the breakfast of the Dukan diet, but only from the 3rd phase of the diet.
Dukan breakfast can not have carbohydrate foods such as cereals, bread, cakes or cookies, for example, because these are prohibited foods in this diet.
