- 4 to 6 leaves of guaco
- 1 cup boiling water
Method of preparation
Boil the water and then add the guaco leaves. Cover the pan and let it blend, strain and drink the next.
Despite its benefits guaco tea can not be used by all, being contraindicated for pregnant women, individuals who take anti-coagulant drugs, suffer from high blood pressure or chronic liver diseases.
