By following the strawberry diet the individual can lose an average of 3 to 5 kg in a month, investing in eating a lot of strawberries, only on two alternate days a week. One should make a healthy diet, rich in vegetables, lean vegetables and meats, avoiding the excesses, sweets and fats.
