How to use Irinotecan

Adults
The dose administered is usually 180 mg Irinotecan every 2 weeks, which dose can be adjusted by the physician according to the age, clinical status and side effects manifested by the patient.
The medicine is applied to the vein for 30 to 90 minutes.
