Red Wine Sangria Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced fruit (orange, pear, apple, strawberry and lemon)
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- ¼ cup of old brandy or orange liqueur
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 1 stalk of mint
- 1 bottle of red wine
Method of preparation
Mix the fruit pieces with the sugar, the brandy or the liquor and the mint. Lightly macerate the fruits and let the mixture rest for 2 hours.
