Some foods, such as shrimp, milk, and eggs, can cause food intolerance in some people, so if you experience symptoms such as bloated belly, gas, and poor digestion right after eating any of these foods, ing it and make an appointment with an allergist.

By excluding certain foods from the diet it is important to increase the intake of another that has the same vitamins and minerals to guarantee the nutritional needs of your body.
