An excellent home remedy for respiratory problems is apple syrup. To prepare this syrup it takes 2 apples, half a liter of water and 3 tablespoons of sugar dessert.
The already washed apples should be removed from the bark, cut into small pieces and placed in a container with water to be boiled
After being boiled the mixture should be cooked with a cloth, squeezing the pulp a lot, so that as much juice as possible is extracted from the apple.
Add sugar, and bring to low heat for 15 minutes. The resulting syrup should be stored in a dark container. Three tablespoons a day is enough to lessen respiratory problems.
The apple syrup assists the airways and provides relief to the nose, throat and lungs. Although being a delicious syrup should be taken with caution as all natural remedies.
