Aliskiren is an antihypertensive of blood pressure. It works by decreasing substances in the body that narrows blood vessels and raise blood pressure. Valsartan lowers blood pressure and improves blood flow.
Indications
Hypertension.
Contraindications
Kidney disease, liver disease, hyperkalemia, congestive heart failure, heart disease, people on dialysis, pregnant women: risk D.
Adverse effects
Decreased heart rate, feeling tired, stuffy nose, sore throat, cough, stomach pain, diarrhea, heartburn, cramps, numbness or tingling sensation.
