How to use Mitomycin C
Injectable Use
Adults
- Apply 2 mg per m2 of body surface area per day for 5 days. Stop administration for 2 days and then repeat the dose for another 5 days. An alternative scheme is to inject 10 to 20 mg per m2 of body surface in a single dose, repeating the dose every 6 to 8 weeks.
