The first step in preparing seaweeds, which are usually sold dehydrated, is to place them in a container of water. After a few minutes, the seaweed can be used raw in the salad, or cooked in the soup, in the braised beans and even in the vegetable pie.
Seaweed is a great food supplement rich in minerals important for skin, hair and nails, for example, so seaweed is an excellent alternative to nutritionally enrich meals.
Another alternative way to consume algae is to add Spirulina powder, for example, into vitamins or fruit salads. There are even seaweed leaves, such as the sheets that serve to curl sushi, but can also be used crumbled directly onto ready-made dishes such as brown rice or cooked vegetables.

Although algae can be used on several dishes, in many ways, it is important not to overdo the amount, so follow an easy recipe with seaweed to inspire.
