The face exercises aim to strengthen the muscles, as well as toning, draining and helping to deflate the face, which can help eliminate double chin and lower cheeks, for example. The exercises should be performed facing the mirror every day so that you can notice the results.
In addition, it is important to adopt healthy lifestyle habits, such as practicing physical activity, having a balanced diet and drinking about 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day.
Some examples of exercises to help thin the face include:
1. Exercise to eliminate double chin
The dual chin elimination exercise aims to strengthen the neck muscles and help eliminate the layer of fat that forms the double chin. To do the exercise you need to sit down, lean your arm on a table and place your hand closed under the chin, forming a fist with your hand.
Then push the wrist and press the chin, keeping the contraction for 5 seconds and repeat the movement for 10 times. See other options for eliminating the double chin.
2. Exercise to decrease the cheeks
This exercise promotes the contraction of the cheek muscles, which results in the decrease and, consequently, adjustment of the face. To do this exercise, just smile and force the muscles of the face to the maximum, but do not force the neck. The smile should be held for 10 seconds and then relax for 5 seconds. It is recommended to repeat this movement 10 times.
3. Exercises for the forehead
The forehead exercises aim to stimulate the local musculature. To do this exercise, simply frown, trying to get your eyebrows as close as possible with your eyes open, and hold that position for 10 seconds. Then relax your face, rest for 10 seconds and repeat the exercise 10 times.
Another exercise option for forehead is to raise your eyebrows as high as possible, keeping your eyes open, then close your eyes for 10 seconds and repeat the exercise 10 times.
