Singulair is the name of the antiasthmatic oral administration, which uses as an active ingredient the substance named Montelukast can be found in children's version, Singulair Baby. Singulair reduces bronchospasm, swelling, and inflammation of the airways.
Singulair can be ingested with or without food.

How to use
Bronchial asthma
- Adults and adolescents from 15 years of age: 10 mg per day at bedtime.
- Children 6 to 14 years: 5 mg per day at bedtime (chewable tablet only).
- Children 2 to 5 years: 4 mg per day at bedtime (chewable tablets or oral granules).
- Children 6 months to 2 years: 4 mg per day at bedtime (oral granules).
Prevention of exercise-induced bronchospasm
- Adults and adolescents over 15 years of age: 10 mg less than 2 hours before exercise every 24 hours if necessary.
