Another good home remedy for high pressure with garlic is to take the garlic flavored water or the garlic capsules daily.
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, raw, peeled and crushed
- 100 ml of water
Method of preparation
Put the garlic clove in the glass of water and let stand for 6 to 8 hours (while sleeping, for example) and drink this water fasting the next morning.
Garlic has a substance called allicin that helps in fighting cholesterol, and is useful for lowering high blood pressure.
2. Lemonade
A good home remedy for controlling high blood pressure is to take lemonade mixed with coconut water because this juice has diuretic properties that help regulate blood pressure.

- 3 lemons
- 200 ml of coconut water
Mode of preparation
Mix the ingredients very well and drink the following. Take once a day.
3. Mango Tea
Another good home remedy for high blood pressure is to eat a fruit called mangaba or take the tea from the mango shell because it has vasodilatory properties that help lower the pressure. For tea:

- 2 tablespoons of mango peel
- 500 ml of boiling water
Method of preparation
Add the ingredients and simmer a few minutes. Cover the pan and let it cool and strain. Take 2 to 3 cups of this tea per day.
