Burdock and boldo tea is a great home remedy for gallstone because burdock has anti-inflammatory action, helping to reduce inflammation of the gallbladder and boldo stimulates the elimination of bile and consequently the gall bladder through feces .
When a stone is formed in the gallbladder, scientifically called a gallstone, it can become trapped in the gallbladder or go into the bile ducts. In the latter case, the calculation can obstruct the passage of bile, causing symptoms such as severe pain in the upper right side of the abdomen, and surgery is the only form of treatment.

Ingredients
- 1 sachet of boldo tea
- 1 teaspoon of burdock root
- 500 ml of water
Method of preparation
Put the water to a boil and, after boiling, add the saccharine sachet and the roots of burdock. Let stand for 10 minutes, strain and drink 2 cups of tea per day, 1 hour after lunch and 1 hour after dinner.
In addition to being excellent for gallstone, burdock tea also helps relieve cramps caused by kidney stones, as it reduces inflammation and increases urine output, making it easier to remove stones.
