- 60 g peppermint
- 1 liter of boiling water
Method of preparation
Put the mint in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Then cover the head with an open towel so that it also covers the bowl, lean over the bowl and inhale the steam of this tea for 10 minutes. This towel helps keep the tea steaming longer.
3. Use apple cider vinegar
A good home remedy for chronic rhinitis is to consume apple cider vinegar regularly. This is because it has vitamins, minerals and enzymes that strengthen the immune system, decreasing the symptoms of chronic rhinitis.

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Method of preparation
Use this amount to season the salad, and consume daily.
