Local irritation; weakness; somnolence; tingling in the hands and feet; blurred vision; respiratory paralysis; paresthesia; pain at the injection site; fever; Headache; hard neck; urticaria.
Contraindications of Polymyxin B
Pregnant or lactating women; history of allergic reaction to polymyxins.

Adults and children
- Inject 15, 000 to 20, 000 UL of Polimixin B intravenously daily. The dose can be divided into 2 doses every 12 hours.
