The hunger that does not pass can be caused by the excess of foods rich in carbohydrates in the feeding, lack of vitamins in the organism or psychological problems, like depression or anxiety, for example.

What to eat when Hunger does not pass
To fight against hunger that does not pass, one must:
- Avoid foods high in sugars such as cakes, cookies, candies or ice creams, for example, these foods rapidly increase blood sugar, which then also rapidly decreases causing an increase in hunger;

- Eat protein-rich foods with every meal like egg, white meat, fish, turkey ham or chicken, white cheese, yogurt or milk, for example. The proteins that are in these foods are satiating and so help to reduce hunger.
- Practice physical activity daily because it helps release endorphins in the brain, which gives a sense of well-being, relaxes, improves mood, decreases anxiety and also the desire to eat.
