The amount of olive oil for the whole day should be 2 tablespoons to distribute in the seasoning of the salad and the soup.
It is also recommended to take 2 liters of water or green tea without sugar, per day, to keep the body hydrated and to eliminate toxins, improving diet results. However, it is not recommended to exercise during the diet.
